This was me.  It appears that the mailing list has a configuration
problem.  It passed through spam today because it forged the from
address to be ubuntu-devel at lists.ubuntu.com.  It seems that the mailing
list passes through all mail with that in the from field, when it
otherwise would check to make sure that it is a subscriber authorized to
post without moderation.  Much spam forges the return address to be the
same as the destination, so the list should probably be fixed to not
allow that.
