Updated archive rebuild results

 The GNU triplet change on i386 from i486 to i686 causes a class of
 issues when it's encoded in helpers for other packages or in pathnames.

 globus-core, guile-1.8-dev, or libapr1-dev are examples affecting a
 load of packages.

 Ideally, we should grep the archive for i486-linux-gnu or something
 along these lines, but that doesn't seem easy.  What seems relatively
 easy is reviewing filenames with "i486" in the i386 packages:
 http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?searchon=contents&keywords=i486&mode=filename&suite=lucid&arch=i386

 NB: this list is the lucid one; maverick doesn't seem to be indexed
     yet?
