lp:ubuntu-dev-tools upgraded to current bzr format (2a)

Hello,

I just want to let you know that the lp:ubuntu-dev-tools branch has been
upgraded to the current bzr format (2a). Without this upgrade it wasn't
possible to push branches back to LP which were stored in a shared
repository. So anyone having a local ubuntu-dev-tools branch has to
upgrade it too or refetch from LP.
