Improving UDS

I didn't find them "confusing" in the sense of that they made it
harder to pick where to go to, but they weren't really useful to me
indeed. I just kept looking through all available sessions and picked
my "favourite".

It's certainly worth a try, but with free-form tags it's again a lot
harder to only filter on some and be sure to to not miss anything else
that interests you. So personally I'll probably still read the entire
schedule.

I see their primary responsibility before UDS, to create a schedule
which avoids overlapping attendance as much as possible. Quite
frankly, the Natty UDS felt a lot more like a "creative chaos" and a
lot less like the very rigid and pre-planned Lucid UDS to me; I liked
Natty UDS a lot more personally.

That said, the track leads probably still had their hands full with
keeping the schedule up to date, adding new sessions during the week,
etc., and they did a great job with that; thanks to all of them again!
But I would actually like to keep the Natty UDS approach of not having
the track leads trying to steer all the sessions in a track through a
rather predetermined plan.
