New Date/Time for the ARM IRC Meeting

Hi,

Just to inform that from now on the ARM IRC Meeting will happen on new
day and time, changed from the usual Tuesday 13:00 UTC.

The new meeting time is now Thursday at 15:00 UTC, as pointed out by
our latest meeting wiki page:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MobileTeam/Meeting/2010/20101130

We'll keep sending the meeting reminder, and a new one should appear
tomorrow or thursday, before the meeting.
