 Hmm Android apps have a list of features they are allowed to use, for
 instance place a call, read contacts, read my GPS location, or use the
 network; it's not really a one size fit all.

 I hate the fact that the user is actually involved in reviewing what
 the app can do, but having this meta-data limiting what the app can do
 is useful.
