moreutils: an 'errno' utility

That was me, so let me respond, however I don't want to get into a
discussion about this. I'm not a rabid let's-rewrite-the-world-in-Python
person. (although I do do most things in Python or shell where possible)

I saw this merge proposal, my first thoughts were: Wow, that's a neat
trick, and a little freaky. Doesn't python have a dictionary with all
the errno stuff in ti?. Then I tested, and had to wait a couple of
seconds while gcc and headers were loaded. So I suggested Python to
Dustin on IRC.

Then I went back to being sick and bedridden for a few days, this got
merged. After that I posted the obvious python solution. Now this.

Personally, I couldn't care less what it was written in, it was just a
thought in a code review.
