More sponsoring for main component

To give some stats: We have 132 sponsor requests for main and 49 for
universe open [1]. Then compare the package count: ~ 3,000 in main
versus ~ 12,000 in universe. That makes 4.4 % for main and 0.41 % for
universe.

You are responsible for a package in main? Go to [1] and check if there
are sponsor request open!

BTW, we will have sponsor-patch in ubuntu-dev-tools soon. This will make
sponsoring debdiffs even more easy.
