Sponsorship deadline for UDS-Lucid approaching

Is there anywhere in the interface to make sure that your request
actually went through? Whenever I applied, I got Firefox's infamous "I
don't want to load this page, so here's a blank white one instead"
after hitting submit, and it'd be nice if it said somewhere e.g. "Your
application is pending review."
