Accounts disabled due to excessive bounces.

A spam email with a virus attachment was accidentally let through to
ubuntu-devel today.  A number of mail servers rejected this message,
which caused Mailman's bounce processing to disable sending new
messages to users from these domains.  This has since been resolved;
all the members that were disabled are now re-enabled.

There have not been any new posts to the list since the spam email was
accepted, so no new messages failed to be delivered to you.

My sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this caused.
