I think there's been quite a few ooopses lately when it comes to involving
the unwashed masses in the planning, and even communicating decisions to the
community. It would be proper to tighten up on the practices in this regard!

Regarding the schedule, I suggest that the 10.4 release be delayed to a 10.6
release, to accomodate and benefit maximally from the upcoming Debian
release schedule. In any case it would be good to have a bit more time to
finalize the LTS release, the Hardy Heron was not a very successful release
and that needs to be improved.
