How to change the default setting in Live iso?

Hello, all.

I'm remastering ubuntu live iso using UCK(2.0.9) and ubuntu 9.04 for
Korean users.
I made a really cool distro, but something left that I couldn't solve.
Please help me.


1. sources.list
I changed the main repository from kr.archive.ubuntu.com to ftp.daum.net.
And added some repositories addresses. When I boot using live cd, I can see the
modified one. like this.

But I installed ubuntu using live cd, the sources.list is restored to
kr.archive.ubuntu.com.

I think my modified one is moved to sources.list.save and sources.list
is created
when I installed.

I want to apply my modified sources.list into live cd and installed system.
How can I do for it?


2. keyboard layout
When I install ubuntu using live cd, I have to select keyboard layout.
The default
value is "us". I want to change this to "kr" or "kr104". But I can't.
I tried several methods, but I failed all.

The only thing that I could change is keyboard model. I modified
in ./remaster-root/etc/default/console-setup file, changed the values.
XKBMODEL="kr106"
XKBLAYOUT="kr"
XKBVARIANT="kr104"

But only the keyboard model is applied.


3. totem conf
Where is the config file for totem? I can't find it. I can't see the
korean subtitle
on totem. So I'd like to change the default setting of subtitle's
encoding to cp949.
But I can't find the config file.
