[1] Nearly a hundred packages were involved in this, and now it's over,
marginally ahead of Debian. Enormous thanks to all involved, especially
the archive admins this time round (where we were able to sync a huge
proportion of packages). Additionally, thanks to the MOTU release team
for letting MonoDevelop 2.0 in past feature freeze - MD2 as-is is an
awesome upgrade from Intrepid's MD1.
