Right, my previous post was not meant to suggest that you could not do
anything unofficially.  You are absolutely free to package colinux in
Wubi or in any other way and distribute it.

My statement was that we can not use colinux in Wubi or any other
officially distributed part of Ubuntu, given that the kernel team do
not want to maintain another kernel tree.  So we cannot put that
feature in the copy of Wubi we include on the CDs or on ubuntu.com,
for example.
