apt-listbugs removed from main packages

Unable to filter package bugs based on version.
I see this as a requirement, for pulling the relevant bugs.
I am able to talk http://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu and use it to
search package bugs.
Once I am able to select packages according to version, I expect to
have draft next weekend. And finishing work in about two weekends
later.
I am note really interested in packages according to Series-targeted,
since this doesn't correlate with debian.
