James has put some work into it and it now has a more usable (and more
responsive) UI. Do we have UI people who can help us out and getting
Harvest on track again?

We had some ideas on letting people chose opportunities preferences
based on being bug contacts or based on certain packages or opportunity
lists.

I think it's much easier to implement all of this now. So please go
ahead and branch the URL above and just follow the INSTALL file to get
it set up locally.

I'm looking forward to seeing new ideas for Harvest!
