It seems NBS tracker [1] does not display universe/multiverse packages
correctly. Here are some examples (I have i386 handy, so I'll take it as
base architecture to display packages):

libpoppler3 [2]:

NBS tracker currently lists these packages:
- -- jaunty/main i386 deps on libpoppler3:
krita
libpoppler-glib3
texlive-base-bin
texlive-xetex

while apt-cache rdepends shows these ones:
dktrkranz at utumno:~$ apt-cache rdepends libpoppler3
libpoppler3
Reverse Depends:
  poppler-data
  pdfcube
  pdf2djvu
  luatex
  libpopplerkit0
  kbib
  gambas2-gb-pdf
  texlive-xetex
  texlive-base-bin
  libpoppler-glib3
  krita
dktrkranz at utumno:~$

kdelibs4-doc [3]:

NBS tracker currently lists only this package:
- -- jaunty/main build deps on kdelibs4-doc:
koffice

while reverse-build-depends scripts shows these ones:
dktrkranz at utumno:~$ reverse-build-depends kdelibs4-doc
koffice
kdevelop
dktrkranz at utumno:~$

Missing packages from NBS tracker are in universe/multiverse, so it
seems they aren't displayed at all.
