I would suggest this be changed to something like "make a comment asking
for someone else to handle it".  While we usually don't want empty
comments like that in Launchpad, the SRU team is small enough there's a
real risk of a bug appearing more or less abandoned because it wasn't
clear enough to the SRU team members that did look at it.  Such a thing
could be very discouraging to a contributor.
