I agree, however that information is a bit hard to get. The list on
udd.debian.org is currently generated on-demand, so I would need the
uploader and the sponsor for all the source packages in lucid (since I
can't know in advance the ones that will be in the list).
It's possible to get that information into udd.debian.org using
launchpadlib, but the script still needs to be written.
