According to Chuck's analysis in

this is dead upstream, and so would be unsuitable for main.

cdtb is listed twice; was this supposed to be something else?

Seems reasonably uncontroversial.

I don't see a need for more than apache in main FWIW.

Is kernel-package compatible with Ubuntu kernels?  If not, perhaps it ought
not to be in main.
