UDS signing party

Sort of, what I really meant is that we should create a team on launchpad
that members of the UDS Karmic team (which should be, and please correct me
if I'm wrong, all attendees of UDS) can join if they wish to be involved in
the keysigning. We'd then have a wiki page from the UDS page saying there
will be a keysigning, and if you want to be involved join this launchpad
team.
