Upgrades from intrepid to jaunty temporally disabled

I did some further inspection on the problem.
The problem with the rtinstall hooks got discovered late because it
only affects packages that have the same version in intrepid and
jaunty (or get upgraded before python2.6-minimal gets
installed). Packages that gets upgraded gets byte-compiled for 2.6
correctly. So this does only affect a small number of packages.
A fix got uploaded that should fix the problem and also byte-compile
for 2.6 for upgrades that got hit by the problem.
Please let me/the list know if you see any problems. When the updated
python-central and python2.6 packages are in the archive I will
re-enable the upgrades.
