I'm not sure yet, one major unknown is the latency in getting the
information that an upload has been done. I need to talk to the soyuz
team about where that information is available first, and the
corresponding location of the source package.
After that it's just a case of running the importer with the new
package, the longest packages to import take a couple of minutes,
and grabbing the data and pushing it back out are all very quick.
Lastly there is the handling of locked branches an collisions,
at least the latter of which will probably be a "throw things
away and start again" operation.
I would say of the order of a few minutes for the common case.
