I generally like the idea and that pages like
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/HowToFix and
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream (as the general "place to go" for
bug triagers and people interested in fixing bugs) would benefit a lot
from the direction this process would give.
