Request: Move xubuntu seeds from ~ubuntu-core-dev/* to ~xubuntu-devel/*

If the reason for the team's existence is to host the branches, is it a
problem for those branches to only be editable by members of xubuntu-devel?
It should be easy enough to add people to that team as necessary, rather
than adding ubuntu-core-dev implicitly (I expect that very few of the people
in that team have reason to change the Xubuntu seeds).
