Java is now 100% free - maybe we should include it by default?

Yes, we are definitely going to be looking at this and it's an obvious
strong contender for inclusion as the default Java implementation. Note
that an earlier version of OpenJDK is already in Ubuntu 8.04, thanks to
the efforts of Matthias Klose; we have been keeping a close eye on it.
