Staging area for hardy-proposed ?

    The clamav team (1) has been using their PPA for just such
updates.  Once things are tested and prepared, they all get pushed to
-proposed together.  My understanding (as a non-member of this team)
is that ~ppaN versions are used until it is perfect, and then a
candidate version is uploaded for the SRU or backport, as appropriate.
 Once testing is complete, the packages are copied to
-proposed/-backports.
