pm-i still needed in hardy?

Hi Matthew,

powermanagement-interface has no reverse dependencies except being
seeded to desktop everywhere. OTOH it didn't have any rdepends in
previous releases either.

Which packages are actually using it? Should we drop pmi completely
and convert the remaining packages to use hal or pm-utils directly?
