[RFC] Moving Intrepid to 2.6.27 kernel

Because of the great feedback we've gotten on this, and the ease in 
which we can make this move so quickly, I am in the process of uploading 
2.6.27-1.1 (which is 2.6.27-rc4+ based).

Thanks everyone for feedback. If any dependent packages are in need of 
updates and testing, let us know on #ubuntu-kernel and we'll work to get 
the rest of the dist in-line.
