Upload notification email format changes

The scripts that generate the changelog RSS feeds do depends on the
format of these mails, this will break horrifically. If the format as
described in that bug is the final format, I will fix the script to try
and parse that format iff parsing according to the old format fails. I'd
appreciate it if sending mails in this format can be postponed until
tomorrow though so I have some time to do this.
