Add full openoffice.org suite to dvd-live?

If the idea of this is to arrange for openoffice.org to be installed on
DVD installations, then we'll also have to figure out how to tell
ubiquity to keep it installed, rather than removing it because it's only
in the live system and not in the desktop. At the moment, the effect of
adding it to dvd-live will be that it gets expensively copied over then
removed.

I think fixing this would require a new dvd-desktop seed with an
associated task (no need for a metapackage), and a small livecd-rootfs
change to add that task to LIST for *-dvd.
