The "Extra" option says the user needs a faster computer. This is
actually incorrect. Compiz runs perfectly smooth on my 1.6GHZ AMD
Athlon with a Geforce FX 5200. A 1.6GHZ Athlon circa 2002-2003 is not
a fast computer. You might think about changing computer to video
card. Something like:
Extra: Provides a more visually pleasing set of effects. Requires a
faster video card.

This takes comments from Onno Benschop into account and fixes the
grammar while being more distict about what needs to be faster.
