Which brings up another question: Is that the official preferred way of
escalating high impact bugs to the release team? In reality we often use
pings in #ubuntu-devel also. Having several methods is ok, but having
one official one would be good so we can document it. Worst case is that
a tester doesn't know of any of the methods and fails to escalate a
show-stopping bug.
