Having the information on the bugs list allows to have a quick look
there to know what bugs have been fixed upstream already and might be
candidate for a backport. Those bugs also usually don't need an update
so you don't have to open them when you are looking at the Triaged bugs
to know if they are still valid with the current distribution version
