bzr for packaging

For each of the packages I keep in bzr, I have a foo.upstream repo
containing the upstream (which in all cases happen to be a svn
checkout). I've branched a foo.feisty repo from the upstream, and
added the debian dir to that. When there's a new upstream version, I
update the foo.upstream repo, commit it, go to foo.feisty and do a merge
from foo.upstream. It's working pretty great so far.
