"Report a Bug" menu item and its potential effects

GNOME crashes are usually caught by bug-buddy and sent upstream, we
stopped it to use apport at the moment so we can get retracable bugs.
The backtraces we get without the debug packages at the moment are not
really useful though, did you notice that on KDE?
