Is there a SecModAdminTool?

Mathias forgive me if you are already subscribed to the mailing list.
I have been reading quite a bit of this 
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SecurityModuleAdminTool lately. 
It seems that someone on the AppArmor dev mailing list thought there 
was some kind of project in the works. Is this so? I haven't seen 
anything other than the spec, although it is a good one and a necessary 
part of any project. If there is something I would like to know where 
to find out more about it, and if not I think it would be nice we 
could get some attention on this for gusty or +1 (more likely). I am 
certainly on board, although I am not an apparmor expert or a seasoned
developer, I know C++ and work well with others. Maybe there are some 
more people out there willing to get their hands dirty.
