+1. Every application I've seen that has its own downloads folder calls 
it "Downloads", not "Download", because it can contain more than one.

(DOWNLOAD shall henceforth join "creat()", "Referer:", "charset", and 
"gtk.ComboBox" in the Gallery of Misnamed APIs.)
