get-branches in ubuntu-dev-tools

Hello everybody,

in an attempt to make using team branches for all kinds of packages more
sexy, I just added get-branches to ubuntu-dev-tools [1].

get-branches <dir> <team>   will get / update all team branches.

Can somebody please take a final look at the packaging of
ubuntu-dev-tools and get it uploaded?
