Using xdg-user-dirs for the gutsy desktop

Will the target be automatically be set based on meta-file information when
you attempt to download a file? ie. Pictures -> $HOME/Pictures
Regardless, I think some users may find it frustrating when they find that
the default behavior of downloading to the desktop is changed. Having the
downloads folder on the desktop may be a wise idea if there is to be an
exclusive default folder for them.
