Launchpad downtime annoucement and Feisty translations opening

Hello,

We're going to start the process of enabling translations for Feisty,
the next version of Ubuntu. This requires some database changes and so
we need to take Launchpad offline, between 02:30 and 05:30 UTC on Monday
26 February.

While Launchpad is offline, we're also going to take the opportunity to
make some efficiency improvements, which should lead to fewer timeouts.

As importing all of the translation templates for Feisty will take a
couple of days, we'll email launchpad-users and ubuntu-translators to
let you know when you can start translating.

We're sorry that Launchpad will be offline for a few hours but we're
sure you'll be pleased to know that you'll soon be able to start Feisty
translations.
