IIRC there was another reason, e.g. that only a team administrator could
create polls (a feature we haven't made much use of in the past though).
Maybe there was also s.th. else involved, I just don't recall it right now.

Sounds sane. I've put it on the MOTU Council meeting agenda for the meeting
