Performance data for Paravirtops+VMI enabled kernels

This is a very extensive benchmarking. I really appreciate you taking
the time to run all of these tests. Based on these numbers, we can
confidently keep paravirt+VMI enabled in our kernel by default.

Would it be at all possible for us to re-use this data publicly (minus
VMware's name if wanted)?
