Can we add these lines to root's .orbitrc?

Hi,

The running-at-spi-over-sudo fix has been long in coming. See: 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=163132 for history and details.

It seems that most parts are in place in Feisty now, except for two 
lines that need adding to root's .orbitrc

ORBIIOPIPv4=1
ORBIIOPUNIX=0

Can we do this? Are there technical or security issues relating to this? 
Who should I talk to, who maintains root in Ubuntu? ;)

I've tested and confirmed this. It does actually make things like 
Synaptic work with Braille and speech.
