Note on spec editing

When editing specifications on wiki.ubuntu.com, you can now use
"UbuntuSpec:launchpad-spec-name" (e.g. UbuntuSpec:grub2) to link to the
Launchpad entry for the specification rather than having to type out
stuff like [https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/grub2 grub2]
or any of the older versions of that URL. There's no need to go around
changing all old specifications to make use of the new facility, but it
should save some time in the next round of spec writing.
