Fwd: impending libclamav library transition

To get started on this I've uploaded the updated package (provided to me by 
the Debian Maintainer) as a fake sync so we won't have to wait on Debian NEW 
to get started on this transition in Ubuntu.  We will need to go through the 
same build/test process being done in Debian.

I'm planning on looking at the klamav package shortly.  I believe the package 
list that needs review/rebuilding is:

  python-clamav
  php5-clamavlib
  klamav
  havp
  gurlchecker
  dansguardian
  claws-mail-clamav
  clamcour
  avscan

Hello,

I'm writing to all of you to let you know about an impending libclamav
soname transition.  So long as your application doesn't use any private
structures or functions from clamav, you shouldn't need to do anything.

My first round of testing shows that all packages build from source
against the new library.  This did not test whether they actually
produce correct code and don't segv at runtime.  That's where you all
come in :)  Thanks, and don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it.

Please follow up to debian-release.
