New Spec for easy network file sending

Hi Ubuntu-Devel List!

Maybe some of you have already noticed that I wrote a specification for
sending files from one computer to another over a local network. It can
be found under
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/easy-network-filesending -
I am waiting for your comments and ideas about this.

Maybe somebody could give me a helping hand for the next steps that have
to be taken, since this is my first spec. I am willing to implement a
major part of this myself, but I would need some help starting the whole
thing. Unfortunately I can not attend to UDS to discuss this topic
there, not even over VoIP because I usually work on these days and the
internet connection there is http only over a proxy server :(
