[Wine] Can someone help me write an update-binfmts script for binfmt-support?

As Colin points out, binfmt support for Wine is already done and 
working.

After testing this a little more, it seems that Nautilus is doing some 
kind of caching of execute bits and mime types?  It's not clear to me, 
but even with a binfmt registered, Nautilus won't attempt to run an 
executable file unless it's an ELF.  :(  This is a separate bug.
