How long will 64bit Ubuntu users have to wait?

Have to ... no.

But without an "implementation" section, nobody will implement that
specification.

A spec without one needs to gain the interest of someone who can write
an implementation section, as well as somebody to implement it.


Otherwise it's just "Insert Magic Wand Here".
