You are free to create your own derivative [1] of ubuntu which implement
your ideas. Since they don't meet the philosophy of ubuntu [2], they are
unlikely to find wide support in the ubuntu community and are therefore
unlikely to be implemented in official ubuntu releases. Sorry.
